The implementation of another task from the Norwegian Funds from the Institutional Development Program has begun

Today we started another task from the Institutional Development Program implemented under the Norwegian Funds. Currently, the first stage of this task is underway, which is the training of the management staff in the Municipality of the City of Złotów, entitled Improving the human resources management process. The next stage will be the training of the municipal team for carrying out the valuation process. As a result, a new pay scale will be created, substitutions will be updated and a Human Resources Management Plan will be created at the Municipal Office in Złotów.
