An unenacted budget does not inhibit work!
The Authority and all units are in emergency mode!
On 12 January 2022 a working meeting was held regarding the work on the amphitheater reconstruction project.
The Mayor of Złotów together with the Director of Złotów Cultural Centre and relevant investment staff agreed on the details of the PFU (functional-utility project) of the amphitheatre. The next steps are:
- Announcing the tender for the functional-utility design and valuation
- Public consultations - amphitheatre with or without a roof?
The whole procedure is the first step towards reconstruction of the amphitheatre in Złotów.
On 11 January 2022 a working meeting was held to select an advisor to carry out a PPP procedure - that is public-private partnership.
PPP is cooperation between local government and business partner in order to implement city investments - replacement of street lighting and construction of covered tennis court.
On 13 January 2022 employees of the investment department also started preparations for the tender for the development of a comprehensive concept to expand the bicycle lanes.Despite the failure to adopt a budget and operating in emergency mode, we are preparing the tasks included in the draft budget for 2022!
